She was appointed Director on April 8, 2022. She is also currently the Chief Finance Officer of PHINMA Education Holdings, Inc.  Ms. Montinola holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree, major in Accounting from University of St. La Salle Bacolod.  She is a Certified Public Accountant. She recently attended the Executive Briefing on Cybersecurity Competency Framework and Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines conducted by SEC-accredited training provider Center for Global Best Practices (CGBP) on October 22, 2021.
