Filipino, has been an Independent Director of the Company since June 26, 2018. He is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of A. Soriano Corporation, and President and Director of Phelps Dodge Philippines Energy Products Corporation, Anscor Holdings Inc. He is also a Director of Seven Seas Resorts and Leisure Inc., Cirrus Global Inc., International Quality Manpower Services Inc., KSA Realty Corporation, ATRAM Investment Management Partners Corporation, Sumifru Singapore, Philippine British Assurance Co. Inc., and Chairman and Director of ArthaLand Corporation. Mr. Cuyegkeng holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees from De La Salle University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Columbia Graduate School of Business. He recently attended the Executive Briefing on Cybersecurity Competency Framework and Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines conducted by SEC-accredited training provider Center for Global Best Practices (CGBP) on October 22, 2021.
