Filipino, has been a Director of the Company since April 11, 2017. He is currently the Vice President for Finance and Treasurer of PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation. Mr. Hilado holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Science in Commerce – Finance degrees from De La Salle University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Darden School (University of Virginia). He recently attended the Executive Briefing on Cybersecurity Competency Framework and Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines conducted by SEC-accredited training provider Center for Global Best Practices (CGBP) on October 22, 2021.
