Filipino, has been an Independent Director of the Company since August 23, 2021. He is currently an Advisor to the Office of the President of Concrete Masters, Inc., Director and Treasurer of TOEI Animation Phils. Inc., and a Trustee of Ateneo Alumni Association Inc. He is also an Honorary Consul of the Consulate of the Republic of the Maldives in the Philippines. Mr. Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ateneo De Manila University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He recently attended the Executive Briefing on Cybersecurity Competency Framework and Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines conducted by SEC-accredited training provider Center for Global Best Practices (CGBP) on October 22, 2021.
